Returns within 30 days

To initiate a return, please ensure the item is unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Process

Our refund process is efficient and simple. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be promptly transferred to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to complete. To speed up the process, you can provide visual evidence such as photos or videos of any defects or damage for a quick resolution.

Steps to Initiate a Return

    • Once your return is received and verified (usually within 72 hours), you will receive a confirmation email.

Circumstances for Refunds/Returns

  1. Customer Dissatisfaction:
    • If the return is due to dissatisfaction, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued for the item cost minus the original shipping charge.

  3. Damaged Packaging:

  4. Incorrect Size:
    • To exchange for an incorrect size, email us at support@laraxe.store for further instructions. We will provide a return label and, once received, send the correct size or issue a refund.
  5. Product Does Not Arrive:
    • If your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 14 days after the expected delivery date. We will investigate and offer a replacement product or refund.
  6. Cancel Order After Placing:
    • You can cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order. Please contact us to cancel your order and receive a full refund if your order has not been shipped.
